ASK TO UNCOVER

Good practitioners know the right questions matter.

Great ones have a system for finding the ones they missed.

An 8-week live program for consultants and technology professionals who turn stakeholder requests into delivered work.

There’s always more to uncover. This is the system for finding it.

Next cohort begins June 17. Limited seats available.

It’s a money maker.

The skills cultivated in this course are the difference between a client wanting to do more work with your organization instead of seeing the relationship as purely transactional.

— Tony Bagdy, President, Lyric Solutions

WHY THIS MATTERS

Even great practitioners miss things.

And what they miss still costs them.

  • You delivered exactly what was scoped. The quality was there. But somewhere in the communication, the timing, or the framing — it didn't land the way you intended.

  • Everything seemed aligned. The kickoff went well. Then somewhere between the start and the finish, something shifted — a priority, an assumption, a definition nobody stopped to clarify. By the time it surfaced, you were already too far in.

  • The execution was excellent. The quality was undeniable. But somewhere between the ask and the build, the real problem never surfaced.

Rework that could have been prevented.

Stakeholder trust that’s hard to rebuild.

Solutions that almost landed.

The impact you worked toward but didn’t quite reach.

These aren’t catastrophic failures. They’re the quiet accumulation of things that didn’t get uncovered in time.

The professionals who catch them consistently aren't more skilled. They have a system.

The UNCOVER SYSTEM

UNCOVER: A Practical Way to Spot What Gets Missed

UNCOVER helps you check your own blind spots: the questions you didn’t know to ask, the assumptions you didn’t realize you were making, and the context no one thought to name. Use it before a meeting, after a stakeholder call, at a milestone, or anytime something feels unclear.

Designed to strengthen your existing process, not replace it.

The structure is simple. The skill is learning to notice what is missing.

Over eight weeks, you’ll practice applying the UNCOVER lens to real stakeholder situations so better questions become part of how you think, listen, and work.

  • What's the full story behind this request?

  • Is this the real problem — or just the one they named?

  • When they say that word, what do they really mean?

  • What's it worth to solve this?

  • What are they picturing — and what haven't they said out loud?

  • What trade-offs haven't been discussed yet?

  • Do we actually agree, or are we just moving forward? When was the last time I made sure?

WHAT CHANGES

A Different Way of Working

The program isn't measured by what you learn. It's measured in what you do differently.

In the meetings already on your calendar. In the projects on your plate. In the work you're known for a year from now.

  • You stop saying yes before you fully understand.
The bias toward action is real. You feel it, and you slow down anyway. The clarifying question you used to think of after you hung up, you ask in the meeting.

  • You reduce project friction.

Things just feel easier. You're setting expectations and clearing up assumptions sooner, so there are fewer late nights and fewer surprises. You stay aligned with your stakeholder at every step. The work feels better. So does the relationship.

  • You earn a reputation for delivering the right and right-sized solution.

Not the person who delivers what was asked. The one who finds what wasn't. You know what the problem is worth, what's at stake, what success looks like. Stakeholders stop bringing you tasks and start bringing you problems.

That’s the difference between good and great.

ABOUT JODI

The UNCOVER Backstory

Hi, I'm Jodi Hrbek. I've spent over two decades in the Salesforce ecosystem at the intersection of sales and technology.

From my early days as a sales trainer at a global consulting firm, I’ve taught consultants how to discover what clients actually need by asking better questions. Across every role since, I've seen the same thing set the best professionals apart: not their technical depth, but their ability to uncover what actually needs to be solved. That's how you deliver the right and right-sized solution every time.

My book, Rock Your Role as a Salesforce Admin, became an Amazon bestseller and helped thousands of readers navigate the stakeholder dynamics this program is built around. Ask to Uncover is the next evolution — the same concepts I've been teaching for twenty years, now built into a practical system you can apply in your own work.

Weekly live sessions.

Eight 90-minute live interactive sessions. Each session introduces or reinforces part of the UNCOVER system through discussion, examples, and realistic stakeholder scenarios.

Applied practice that builds the habit.

Each week includes prompts and small actions that help you spot opportunities for asking in your real work, then bring those moments back for reflection and discussion.

The UNCOVER Playbook

A practical reference you can keep using after the program, with the UNCOVER system, talk tracks, diagnostic prompts, and tools for planning more impactful stakeholder conversations.

Peers who sharpen your thinking.

A group of delivery professionals working through the same shift. You'll hear how others apply the system and learn from their stories.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A muscle you build, not a course you watch.

You apply it from day one, in your real work, alongside peers doing the same.

Realistic Call Debriefs

Before select sessions, you’ll listen to realistic, scenario-based stakeholder conversations, bring your observations to the group, and practice spotting what surfaced through the UNCOVER system.

WHO‘S A FIT?

If you’re doing good work and want a system for doing great work consistently, this is for you.

Whether you've been doing this for two years or twenty. Whether you’re consulting externally or working inside an organization. Whether your platform is Salesforce, ServiceNow, Hubspot, or something else entirely. The system is the same, and so is what it catches.

I can see the difference in how my team shows up with stakeholders. They're getting to the real issue faster, and the conversations sound different.

FAQS

Things you might be wondering

  • The program is built for professionals responsible for turning stakeholder requests into delivered work. That includes consultants, solution architects, business analysts, project leads, admins, implementation specialists, customer success professionals, and internal delivery teams.

The title matters less than the dynamic. If your role involves figuring out what someone really needs and delivering work that meets it, the system applies.

  • The program works across experience levels because the challenge is not experience alone, it’s uncovering what gets missed.

Newer practitioners build stronger instincts earlier. Experienced practitioners sharpen how they surface risk, test assumptions, and guide stakeholder conversations before work is underway.

  • Yes. In many ways, experienced practitioners have the most to gain.

The more expertise we develop, the easier it becomes to move quickly into solving mode based on pattern recognition and assumptions.

UNCOVER helps experienced professionals slow down just enough to test alignment, uncover hidden context, and improve the quality of stakeholder conversations before work is underway.

  • Communication skills matter. Ask to UNCOVER™ builds on them by focusing specifically on the conversations that determine whether delivery work succeeds.

Jodi brings an unusual mix of experience to this work: sales training for consultants, years of sales enablement, senior CRM leadership, and hands-on technology delivery across startups, enterprise organizations, and consulting environments.

The system was shaped by seeing technically sound work fall short because critical context, assumptions, stakeholder dynamics, or alignment gaps were never fully uncovered.

This is a practical delivery system designed to help professionals uncover what matters before work is underway, so solutions land more effectively and teams avoid unnecessary friction, rework, and missed expectations.

  • The program includes:

    • 8 live virtual sessions
    • 90 minutes per week
    • Less than 30 minutes of applied practice between sessions

Participants are encouraged to apply the concepts directly to their existing stakeholder conversations, delivery work, and active projects throughout the program.

  • Absolutely.

Many organizations send multiple team members through the cohort together to build a shared language around uncovering gaps, confirming alignment, and improving stakeholder conversations.

When teams use the same system, questioning becomes more consistent, handoffs improve, and delivery conversations become more precise and actionable.

Group pricing is available for teams of 3 or more. Private cohorts are also available for organizations that want to train existing teams together.

  • Jodi’s examples often draw from her experience leading Salesforce and CRM initiatives, but the system itself is platform-agnostic and designed for delivery professionals across consulting, operations, RevOps, customer platforms, and technology teams.

Whether your stakeholders are external clients or internal business teams, the challenge is the same: uncovering what matters before execution begins.

  • Many participants attend through professional development or team learning budgets. Expense-friendly invoices and receipts are available on request.
